INGREDIENTS
Black Walnut hull tincture – supports liver function and intestinal balance
Wormwood leaf tincture – promotes digestive cleansing and circulation
Clove bud tincture – helps neutralize microbial and parasitic activity
Filtered water – 2–3 L daily (I used spring water)
Fresh lemon or apple cider vinegar – for morning & evening flush
Supportive Elements
Diatomaceous earth (food grade) – taken in water to bind and remove toxins and parasites from the gut
Garlic–olive oil–salt mix – 1–2 cloves crushed, mixed with olive oil and sea salt; eaten raw to cleanse and strengthen immunity
Activated charcoal – taken at least 2 hours away from tinctures or supplements to absorb toxins
Filtered water – 2–3 L daily
Fresh lemon or apple cider vinegar – for morning and evening activation
DAY 1-3 MORNING RITUAL
Hydrate & awaken digestion
Drink warm water with lemon or 1 tsp apple cider vinegar.
Sit quietly for a few minutes and breathe deeply.
Herbal tincture dose
Take 2–3 droppers of the tincture blend (Black Walnut, Wormwood, and Clove ) on an empty stomach with water.
After 10–15 minutes: Diatomaceous Earth (DE)
Mix 1 tsp food-grade DE in a glass of water, stir well, and drink immediately.
Follow with another glass of plain water.
DE acts like a soft brush inside the digestive system, sweeping away waste.
DAY 1-3 EVENING RESET
Dinner
Early and light: vegetable stir-fry (I cooked everything in ghee), soup, or broth-based meal.
Garlic–olive oil–sea salt mix (before tincture)
Crush 1–2 raw cloves of garlic, mix with olive oil and sea salt, and eat directly. (This really burned, i highly recommend mixing with olive oil)
Wait 5–10 minutes before taking the tincture.
Garlic activates the gut and has strong antimicrobial properties.
Second tincture dose
Take 2–3 droppers of your tincture blend with water.
After tincture: Diatomaceous Earth (DE)
Mix 1 tsp DE in a glass of water and drink immediately.
Follow with another glass of plain water.
This supports overnight cleansing and keeps elimination pathways clear.
Before bed: Activated Charcoal
Take 1 capsule or ½ tsp of charcoal in water as the final step.
Charcoal absorbs toxins released through the day and aids liver detox overnight.
Always take charcoal at least 2 hours after any herbs or food.
HEAL & SEAL (DAYS 4–7)
Goal: Repair and soothe the gut lining; stabilize digestion and energyFocus: Shift from elimination to nourishment
10-DAY OVERVIEW
GUIDELINES FOR BEST RESULTS
Eat clean, simple meals; avoid sugar, alcohol, and caffeine.
Hydrate continuously.
Sleep and rest more than usual.
Move gently (qigong, stretching, walking).
Journal how you feel each day.
AFTER THE CLEANSE
Transition slowly back to regular meals. Continue to eat clean and drink plenty of water for at least three days.
Remember: the purpose is not to purge but to rebalance. When the body is supported and nourished, it naturally knows how to heal itself.
10-Day Antiparasitic Cleanse: What I Did, What I Felt, and What Changed
Every once in a while, I feel called to slow down and clear what’s been building up — physically, mentally, and energetically. This 10-day antiparasitic cleanse was my most recent reset.
The blend I used was simple: Black Walnut, Wormwood, Clove. These herbs have been used for centuries to support digestion, balance gut flora, and encourage the body’s natural detox pathways.
For ten days, I took this tincture twice daily — morning and evening — and kept my food clean, light, and natural. I avoided sugar and processed foods, and rested more.
The first few days were about letting go. I noticed small detox shifts — lower endurance, feeling lighter, and clearheaded despite fluctuating sleep patterns. My digestion improved, my mood steadied, and I felt my energy returning from the inside out.
There was no harshness.
By day ten, I felt cleaner, clearer, and more aligned. The cleanse reminded me that healing isn’t about doing more — it’s about creating space for the body to do what it already knows.
⚠️ A Note of Caution
Always talk to your doctor or naturopath before starting any herbal cleanse — especially if you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or managing a health condition.
This protocol reflects my personal experience and is for educational purposes only. It’s not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease.
If You Try It
Keep it simple. You don't have to do it perfectly to benefit. Hydrate. Rest. Trust your body’s wisdom.
